    Is music haram in islam?

Are you allowed to listen to music during Ramadan

The legal ruling on music varies according to its sources from the musical instruments.

However, are you allowed to listen to music during Ramadan and without fluorescence, or is it forbidden for Muslims in the worst conditions?

There are musical instruments that are prohibited in themselves according to the well-known of the four schools of thought of the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i and Hanbali schools of thought.

According to these sects, it is forbidden to sing musical instruments. Such as instruments that include strings, flutes, flutes, lutes, tanburs, and rebabs.

Therefore, all kinds of music that come from these instruments take the same ruling as the instrument

which is the prohibition, and scholars have inferred the prohibition of music with several pieces of evidence.

Among the musical instruments is what is permissible; like drums that are not used for entertainment

Such as the drums of an invasion or a caravan, and this is according to the sayings of some Hanafi, Maliki and Shafi’i jurists.

And among the musical instruments is what is a delegate; Such as striking the tambourine

especially during marriage, with the aim of announcing it, and it is permissible on other occasions of joy

As for singing in Islam, the jurists are of the view that Islam has permitted singing, far from the manifestations of corruption

and decadence, because there is no authentic hadith regarding the prohibition of singing at all

Therefore, the jurists who view the prohibition of music view that singing without music is permissible, provided that it does not include things that cause fitnah

Provided that the person does not prevent him from performing the prayer with the congregation

and they see that what is forbidden in singing is the man’s pleasure in the singing and the voice of a non-mahram woman

Therefore, singing is forbidden in all circumstances, and if you ask about whether are you allowed to listen to music during Ramadan, it’s also not allowed.
