The first dua is found in Surah Al A’raf ayat 155 and 156, and is transcribed in Arabic as:

”اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلا أَنْت“َ
The translation in English:
“O, Allah! You are my Lord. There is no God except You. You created me, and I am Your slave. I will abide by my covenant and pledge to You to the best of my ability. I seek Your protection from the evil of my creation. I acknowledge Your favors to me, and I admit my sins. So please forgive me, for no one can forgive sins except You.”

”اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي“
Transliteration:
“Allahumma innaka Afuwwun TuHibbulAfwa FafuAnnii.”
The translation in English:
