According to the hadith, those who are the best believers, who have reached real ‘Imaan’ in Allah Almighty’s oneness (Tawheed), are among the 70 thousand.
Furthermore, according to the hadith, individuals who do not identify partners with Allah Al-Mighty are among the 70 thousand.
As a result, there is no evidence of fasting individuals among the 70 thousand persons on the list.
